温度応答性ハイドロゲル上でヒト骨髄由来間葉系幹細胞の培養を行いました.繰り返し温度変化刺激によりゲルの力学特性を時間依存的に制御したところ,細胞の形態変化が認められました.生物の発生過程など,生体内環境を模倣した動的細胞/組織培養への展開ができたらと考えています.
We designed thermoresponsive hydrogels for cell culture and human bone marrow‐derived mesenchymal stem cells (hbmMSCs) were cultured on them. Repeated changes in the swelling ratio of the PNIPAAm gel affected the shape of the hbmMSCs. With respect to both cytocompatibility and reversibility of changes in mechanical properties, the PNIPAAm gel system could be potentially useful for the analysis of cell mechanobiology.
